- Can I put the other phones back in my pocket?
On Android, a phone keeps lending its connection in the background. On iPhone, Lumbus stays open while it lends and dims the screen itself to save battery; the join screen says so.
- Do the phones around me need a plan?
They use their own data plans, shared between them, so each one carries only part of your stream.
- Do I need a bonding backpack?
No. Bond uses phones: yours as the camera and the phones around you as the connection.
