Type their Email, choose a Role, and invite them.

They open the invite email and sign in, or create an account, and see your studio with the role you gave them.

What each role can do

Role	Can do
Owner	Everything, including stream keys and billing.
Producer	Runs the show: scenes, platforms and their keys, automation, recordings, the stream itself. No billing, no changing or deleting the studio, no team changes.
Operator	Runs the stream: scenes, Be right back, Go live and End, platforms on and off, automation, restarts, downloads. No keys, billing, team changes or deleting recordings.
Editor	Works the library: past streams, recordings, downloads and the clips worth posting. Never a live control.
Viewer	Watch the dashboard, change nothing. Handy for a mod or a sponsor.
